Vanessa Hudgens Gets Big Raise For HSM 3

Vanessa Hudgens

Looks like the Vanessa Hudgens’ nude photo scandal could end up boosting her career and wallet. According to Us Magazine, Vanessa is going to land a starring role in the new “High School Musical 3″ movie after all. It is also rumored that she will be receiving a hefty raise for her return to the set of the popular teen movie.

“Vanessa is locked for the movie,” a HSM3 source tells Us. “She is very happy that the deal is done.”

“The contract will be signed within the next week,” a Hudgens source tells Us. “It is almost a done deal.” A close Tisdale source says of the other lead actress’ negotiations, “It’s done, done, done.”

Nothing is written in stone because as of yet, there has been no official word from Disney on any production details.

Officially, reps would not confirm the casting news. A Disney spokesperson tells Us: “The cast is still in negotiations and we have no further comment.” Hudgens’ publicist tells Us: “There is no deal yet. They are still in negotiations.”

Has Vanessa learned her lesson? Probably not. Luckily for her scandalous photos or tapes can be advantageous for young Hollywood stars. See Paris Hilton. Vanessa has a lot more talent than Paris and has a successful career ahead of her. Besides she is young and today’s headlines will be old news down the road.
